regarding confirmation letter

i m searching for the format of confirmation letter. there is an employee whose probation period is completed now i hv to give him th econfirmation letter. what shoul b the format of letter. please guide me.

You can search the forum. There are a lots of templates for confirmation letters and also other improtant letters and forms.
