You can be in touch with some Employers' Forum in your city like Employers Federation etc, where the latest amendments will be circulated to it's member companies. You can also periodically visit offices such as Labour Department, Factories Inspectorate, ESI & PF local offices for latest circulars/notifications in this regard.
You can also visit www.erlaws.com where the latest notifications and amendments will be published.
Pls go to the earlier posts of CiterHR or Yahoo search Engine .They have lot of material. Nothing like going to a Law Book shop and buying a Book understanding it.Also see Downloads available in CiteHR itself.
