ONE MORE REASON WHY EMPLOYEES DONT GET THE JOB IS MOST OF THE TIMES '

THE PERSON CONDUCTING THE INTERVIEW IS AN IMMATURE< FOOL < SOME HOW BECAME A MANAGER / RECRUITER < WITH 0 KNOWLEDGE < AND NO WORK TO DO LAZY FELLOW < WHO JUST WANT TO CONDUCT THE INTERVIEW FOR THE SAKE OF CONDUCTING IT.. ALREADY HAVE RECRUITED HIS FAVOURITE CANDIDATE< OR THE ONE RECOMMENDED BY THE HR PERSON> SO JUST COMPLETING FORMALITY OF INTERVIEW>

Hi Ranjith
Very Good ones!!
I would agree somewhat on what CHRKS says. Recently one of my friends went for her Sales manager interview to one of the good company. The first round was conducted was the HR executive. The third round was with General Manager-Sales. She gave her best shot and the ED was so happy with her performance that he wanted her to join the next week. He said that the HR would get back to her in a day or two.
After getting no reply till the end of second week, she thought tht she has not been selected. Just a week back, In a training programme, she met the GM-Sales. She asked him about the job. She got the shock of her life when he told her that the HR had talked to her and she had not showed any interest. So they settle with someone else.
U see if she hadn't met the gentlemen , she would probably never known what the HR Executive had done.
But I believe one has to stay positive.

Yes, you are absolutely right! And you missed out one point i.e :
'Lack of confidence'.
