Please find attached Amendment in The Employees Compensation (Amendment) Act 2017.

Now employer has to inform new employee about his rights under employees compensation act,2017 by display of abstract of act or provision of employees compensation act in English, Hindi and local language, otherwise minimum penalty will be imposed on employer.
