Hi All,
I had a query regarding the PF form withdrawal procedure.
I had left a company in March and had not joined any other company for the next 4 months. I had applied for PF withdrawal in July and till date haven't received the amount.
Whom should I contact for the status. My old organization or the Pf office. I was working in Bangalore and currently I am in Pune. I am unable to contact the Bangalore PF office and when I spoke Pune PF office they say we donnot have online service, so no information can be given of the amount.
I would like to know when is the amount credited to our account and the contact person for the same?

Dear Banita,

You should check with your last company for your withdrawal process and get the date of submission / if possible get the proof of submission and get in touch with the P.R.O of the concern PF office for your amount. If not you can send your query to the PF commissioner in mail

Hi, all

let me tell you, in your previous company maintained pf registration or not
if maintained / / / 000 first block is state code (in your organization state) second block is state in area means location next "000" this is your PF number bsed on your PF number, enquiry about quary, you can fill Forms no 10c and 19, you should take signature from previous employear where are your working, in that submit your forms.
(by post also submit in that PF office)

Hi Dear All

Please give me clarification regarding Whether PF is payable after deducting LOP or not? Becz the law says to charge PF on the amount paid to the employees , ie, Basic + DA+ any allowance - LOP *12% please clarify in this regard
