Privilege leave encashment in termination
Hi all i was terminated from the comapany due to unknown reason. i was paid one month salary but hr is refusing to encash the privilege leave. please help me is there any way to get this? thanks

Dears due to a recent reorganization in the company some employees have been made redundant. although we have settled the cases for all others all white collar there is 1 blue collar employee who is refusing to leave on mutual consent. i would like to know if : 1. can we terminate him by paying 3 months notice pay as per appointment letter gratuity amount as due? 2. is there any additional payment required e.g. severance pay that we paid to others 2 month salary / year of service if he is terminated 3. is there any risk of him going to labour court and the court asking us to rehire him mandatorily? 4. what is the best way to terminate him with least risk to the company? i would be highly obliged if you can help me on this case. thanks r
Employer refusing to give maternity benefits
I have joined a company which belongs to leather industry on 6th april 2015. i have applied here for maternity leave but the employer is refusing to provide any maternity benefits as per law. he is saying that you need to be minimum of 1 year in this company before your pregnancy. i working here in the position of he is saying that he can give only 810k but that too as incentives not as maternity benefit. my present salary is 17k/month. he is saying that in leather industry there is no maternity benefit thing. i have sent him mail applying for maternity leave from 1st jan 2016 as my due date is 24 th feb 2016. but he has refused to sign the hardcopy of that application. please guide what to do next.
Can i leave company during probation
