Am single female in my early 30s and I work as a Business Development Executive with an online Portal making 25k per month (very dissatisfied with this). However, I did my MBA in finance during my mid 20s from a decent B-school post which I never tried to find a suitable job and underrated my degree as I had some personal problems then. If I had valued my degree then, then perhaps I could be earning 70k to 1 lakh per month and also would have got the designation of Deputy Manager or VP by now.

As I was not selected in couple of jobs then, I accepted the first job in BPO. After that it continued for next few years and I then worked with renowned Telecommunications Company of India, as an operations executive in their Outsourcing Department (BPO). During my tenure with last few organizations, I could not climb the hierarchy so whenever I switch I would not get Managerial Designation. My skills in finance decayed with time and now the interest in finance is completely vanished.

Over a period of time, I have developed interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, content writing, blogging, branding and PR and my current role is International Sales that I am good at when it comes to communication with International Clients. I find myself appropriate person for any branding, advertising or marketing agencies. However, now am confident in my personality but can’t find the way to reach to the Management level of my/any organization and also pursue my interest of digital marketing, Branding, Advertising and Marketing communications. I want to work with some creative agency as a Part of their higher Management where I could also demonstrate my skills of communications, strategy, digital marketing, branding etc. However, my current skills are only shallow knowledge of digital marketing and branding which can be considered entry level.

As far as skills are concerned, am very good with Marketing communications and content writing. I have also done Landmark Forum and many other Courses pertaining to Human behavior and communication with Landmark worldwide and currently undergoing one of the Leadership Program with Landmark worldwide. I also own a startup publication house where with help of consultants of priniting and marketing, I encourage Poets to get their poetries published and give poets and writers a platform to demonstrate their skills. Its still in the starting phase and it will take a while to develop. What should I do to reach the management level of any big corporate/creative agencies having all my area of interests included in my role?

How should I present myself to companies that they directly consider me as a senior professional and give me a break for digital marketing/branding?

Also, I am keen to work in foreign countries like Australia, USA, Germany, Netherlands, if I can get break in the above and get direct work Visa.

Please advise me, I am really at a Career Crisis. I studied really well, but due to low confidence ended up with mediocre jobs.
