I think if you are a MBA then you must demnad for 18K to 20K rovided you have relevant experience in Human Resource i.e., 1.5 yrs of experience.... Wishing you all the best... Regards ... Supriya

Having Exp. of 1yr in Recruitment, 1yr in Generalist and totally 3.5yrs of Exp. in Bangalore.
