How does working on 3rd party payroll for a large company affect prospects of a future job?
Hello friends i am new here.i hope to receive some help soon.i have few months experience.i have done my grad abroad.my cv is appreciated by most recruiters as i had a enriching role in my internship. my issue is i have 2 offers one is a very good role in a very small company where i have heard there isn t much job security.this could accelerate my career as i do not have much experience.however i also have one more offer for 3rd party payroll in a big company for a years contract.i would be going for my further studies based on completion of my required work experience in 2 years. from my knowledge working on 3rd party payroll is not appreciated in india.also my role is very limited in the big company.i also think that getting a job after that could be a task.as ppl don t appreciate 3rd party plus being a big company i cant take many leaves as and when required for finding other jobs when my contract is about to get over. i would like to understand if: 1 taking the on roll with good profile in a small company is better than off roll with limited profile in a big company for a year is a better choice? 2 will it be easy to get a job in a good company after working on 3rd party in india? 3 is it better to have a better role in a smaller company or just work for a bigger one? 4do indian recruiters/companies only have an issue with candidates working for a 3rd party for a small company or do they mind candidates on 3rd party for a big company equally? i have very limited time to choosehope to get a reply soon : my aim is to take a job that will help me get better jobs in d future. also i do not want a break or gap in my career. i already have one as i was pursuing a non academic course.
Should i accept job in a good mnc through 3rd party pay roll- is it advisable?
I have got an opportunity to work for a leading mnc automobile company but in an off role 3rd party pay roll. so i am a bit confused whether to join or not. please guide me.
Is it good to continue in off-role without salary hike or shall i quit the job?
I am working in a manufacturing company & it is going to be 3 years in another few months of joining. i am working in offrole under the consultancy payroll. it was during the interview the hiring manager said i shall be on offroll for 1 year & later you shall be inducted onroll. unfortunately the hired manager resigned & left the job for better prospects as he had a higher offer before my completion of 1 year. the new manager who has replaced has not considered me either for onroll or salary hike. i had a good work performance responsibility & a dosaying attitude but there is no luck. it is now 2.8 years passed still i am getting the same salary for which i had been hired for. by communicating to the manager he said to wait for 6 months & later for another 6 months. finally after completing my 2nd year still it is not fruitful. is it good to continue in offrole without salary hike or shall i quit the job & look for better prospects.
Third party employment is good for career path or not
Wanted to know something about third party employment is good or not i have jot down some point as per my personal experience and viewers also wanted to know our professional group views. i have heard that third party employment is not good cause some reason as below. 1. your job will be on stake always as its contractual job. 2. your experience will not count as regular employee cause you are working on client sitethis will count in third party employment 3. cause you are on contractual employee so whenever you will change you have to little bit suffer to get regular post. 4. your salary and leave will be process by third party so you need to do lots of follow up please post your views on this. if i am direct role employee although its temp position should i join or not ??? how teamlease as third party payroll. i am looking for this cause i wanted to switch and i am getting lots of offer through thrid party employement.
Laws of third party for their employees.
Hi one of my friend is on third party payroll & his site location is not mention in his offer letter. his third party company mentioned their company name only in the offer letter & deputed him in the other site third party site. please tell so we have a rights to ask them to mentioned the third party name in the offer letter or is there any law which shows that employer should mentioned the third party company name in the offer letter of the employee. because the hr is declined to mentioned the third party company name in the offer letter & harass my friend by saying they will fired him from his designation. please help.
Esic for offrole employees
Igood morning everybody/i in case if we hire employees whose salary shall be paid by a third party say on the role of consultancy which does not deduct esic for any of it s employee how should we ensure their safety as the company is liable to pay esic contribution for all employees irrespective of on roll or off role. 1. how do we file esic for them as it would be our liability? 2. do we need to file separate challan for such outsourced employees from that of on roll employees? soliciting advice. regards hiral
