As an HR professional, an HR professional has a lot of work or responsibilities to do.
The following are the responsibilities of the HR generalist:
1) Doing Performance Appraisal.......
2) Doing Employee Satisfaction Survey...
3) Recruitment & Selection
4) Induction
5) Making Full and final settlement of those people / employees who are leaving your organisation / company / firm.....
6) Making HR Budget at the end of the Financial year.....
7) Doing Competency Mapping for the organisation.......
8) Incase of an manufacturing organisation, an HR professional also solves issues related to the organisation.....
9) Designing the Training calender.....
10) Arranging the training programme for the employees for your organisation.........
11) Making policies for the organisation.......
I think i have cleared your doubts and these are the following activities or the job responsibilities an HR professional.......
