Can any of you help me with an agreement document which can help me bind the client on the payment terms and conditions I need to post...so that the client will be made to pay us as per the terms on completion of the trainings.

The purchaser is expected to issue Purchase Order (PO) for hiring contractors or service providers. Since you will be providing the services, the company may give the Work Order (WO) however, whether issued PO or WO, more or less the contents remain the same. Ensure that payment terms are clearly specified.
You will get a whole lot of formats of POs from the internet. However, what matters is the conditions of services. It would be best if you designed these on your own.
