Termination letter - false reasons like high ended behaviour, attitude problem
Dear sir/madam i want to know that the giving termination letter without any notice period is legal or not. without any prior notice the company pressurised to put papers and when it was not done they gave termination letter with false reasons like high ended behaviour attitude problem etc which was not discussed & were being discussed before giving the termination letter. this is the total injustice done to an employee who was working there since last 2.5 yrs so the client wasnt to fight for the justice could you pls suggest ?

Will false fir affect my career?
One of our family enemies had filed a false fir against all our family members over a property dispute.but i was exonerated by police.i was never arrested or chargesheeted.i never faced any trial or summon by court/police.the police said in in its final report that there is no evidence against me. now my question is whether this false fir will have any impact on my placements or career.i ve no criminal case pending against me.do i need to mention about this false fir in my resume??do background checks include whether any fir was filed?will it have any adverse impact on my prospects?
How can a organization give a termination letter after getting a resignation from employee?
Please help with next step: history: a employee is terminated on false grounds like misconduct giving bribe against organization. however he has put in his resignation but rather than accepting the same organization terminates the employee for above reason. query to ask: 1. organization has put a hold on last 4 months salary of this employees. why 4 months: all salaries were on hold because company was not able to pay its employees because of lack of funds. company is not paying employee his dues and f&f ? does company is allowed to take such action like not giving dues and f&f n case of termination as there is no such clause mentioned in offer letter. if not how to take dues from organization. can self takes legal action. 2. termination was on the spot as employee is in probation: offer letter clearly says if its a termination in probation period then company is liable to 2 weeks notice or salary in lieu. organization is not paying this to employee also. 3. how can a organization give a termination letter after getting a resignation from employee ? is it correct to put this case in court as organization is not ready to clear self dues and also no experience letter is also provided. please help regards
False police complaint discovered during passport application process- legal recourse
I am from tamil nadu and i did my graduation in chennai. i applied for my passport a few days ago and went through the process of police verification. during this process the local police officer informed me that i was accused under section 41 at chennai 2 years ago and they showed me the details of the complaint. this complaint contained my name my father s name and my age. but i am not the accused someone must have misused my details. how can i get rid of this false complaint? will this affect my career during any background verification or police clearance if required?

Dear friends i need a termination letter format immediately. the reason for the letter is we hired 2 candidates from a consultancy.they were to give some consuntancy fees to them. they informed them that they will be giving that as soon as they receive the amount from our company.. still they were giving repeated calls to them and also put on a fraud notice against the candidates. all these although doesnt involves us but the thing is all these actions and calls are destructing the candidates performance and thus hampering our productivity.... so we have decided to give them a termination letter. this is all about.... now i the so that i can it to theman order from directors very help i have gone through different links but didnt get a suitable one : .... looking forward :
