But we are paying bonus monthly in gross salary.

If you are paying few amount under the category of Salary ( Bonus), Monthly along-with salary, it will be considered as Salary Part. You Can not prepare / or take umbrella that you are paying Bonus.
Any way what is your location India or Abroad ?
And for which Area you are asking about Bonus.
