Nov 18,2016 I did "Claim Transfer" of Previous Company to Present. I got successful message and mail with Tracking ID 999410051611180109514. Printable form 13 is available to download, but blank pdf file is getting downloaded. Please suggest what can be done.
Today(29,2016) it was rejected,because hard copy of claim form not submitted. When i try to download the printable form 13 and open it was blank.
How can i re-apply the "Claim Transfer".Why the printable form 13 is empty when i downloaded it. How can i rectify it.
There is any time period for re-apply the transfer.

Hi,
If you try to download the FORM 13 PDF means it download as blank only , you should take direct print out copy from online i.e instead of download just click print option and take the copy & sent it to your employer.
