Dear all i am working as hr manager in a charitable institution an eye hospital . there are 90 employees in base hospital and 25 field workers. employee dispute is a major issue here. number of time i get complaints from staff about this dispute... today an incident happened which became reason of dispute between two employees and both are right from their point of view .. although management has sympathy with one of those employee but i need to listen another too before taking any decision.. kindly advise what should i do. and please share incident report format as well...
Termination after resignation
Hello everyone we have a case in which the employee starts to have unacceptable behavior such as he doesn t want to accept a workload from his supervisorthis employee involved is a team leader before and he selfrendered his position since he is not performing his duties we include him under in another one group and his reason why he doesn t want to accept that workload given by this supervisor is because he is a team leader anymore he is also very nasty and don t have any respect with his superior. he leave when he wants. that s why we came up with incident reportdone admin hearingdone and about to gave him for another incident report and last is termination but after preparing all of this we received an email from him that is resigning from his position question is do we still need to give him a termination letter or any disciplinary action before he leave? because our lawyer doesn t want to. please help.
Epilepsy - can company terminate me?
Hi team can company terminate me? hi i am 22 years old. i have joined new finance company 2 days back. i attended 1st day in the company. while returning home i had an epilepsy attack and i fell down on the road. when i woke up i was surrounded by people and police officers. police officers helped me a lot after the incident. they gave me lift till my home from their van. when i got myself in home i told my brother to inform all the incident to my boss. he had texted all the details through his cellphone. i was hospitalized after the night. and now i am taking medicine. doctor advise me to get mri ecg and other reports. my concern is if i tell all the incident to hr can he/she will cancel the appointment letter? i never had frequently epilepsy. it was 2nd time. i had it before 6 years. in a span of next 6 months i never had such problem. i thought it is completely okay and sadly it had happened. if i show all the medical reports to the hr and if the situation is bad. can he/she will terminate me? it happened on the first day. before that i did night shift but i never had such problem.

If an employee is hospitalized due to some illness is it necessary to pay salary for his leave/absent days? if so kindly mentioned the law & percentage of payment calculation method. please help me in solving this problem
