Hello All,
Wishing you all a great afternoon !!!
I am a hr Professional from last 3 years , now i am working in a software company , having a query regarding the releasing of documents , so please help me out to solve this doubt .
If a person left his organisation with out informing and asking for documents after 3 years , so what is the wise decision for a HR,Shall he support the employee for giving documents or will take any other step..
Please suggest ...
