Hi,
Im melanie chin herei would like to question of this issue about (offer of employment appointments) is it an important agreement of work because inside have contractual obligations and notice period regarding contract binding for a period of TWENTY SWEVEN months, however should the length of service less than TWENTY SEVEN months, the total amount of salary remaining in the bond period shall be paid to the company.
Termination of your service will require Two months written notice or pay Two month basic salary in lieu of notice only after TWENTY SEVEN month of employment.
From the above is it on labour law approve this matter, even you have no serve of TWENTY SEVEN months should i pay for this follow by this contract?
