been trying to withdraw my pf balance and submitted the uan form in regional pf office hyderabad as i stay here, and it has been returned back to me stating my pf account was opened in bangalore by employer. But i have never been to bangalore and i dont know how to resolve this now with out my employer help. I wanted to resolve dis myself as i heard if we go through my employer it will take very long time.

if KYC is seeded including aadhar and bank details, then you can send your claim through speed post to concerned EPFO office RO/SRO but if kyc is not done, then employer attestation is mandatory

Yes aadhar and bank details are updated in kyc so if i just send it to that ro in bangalore it should be well and good and how many days will it take generally.

I wish to transfer my EPF and FPF balances from previous employer to present employer. But my previous employer has not paid both shares of contributions for the certain period ie 11 months.
In view of above, Can I transfer the contribution now or after payment the contribution by the previous employer. In case, I opt to transfer the contribution now, What about the unpaid contributions position. So, I am waiting upto payment of the pf contributions dues.
Hence, Please advice...... what steps to be taken to transfer my total balances of epf and fpf contributions from previous a/c to present a/c.

if UAN based forms are sent to bangalore, then its released within 30 days of receipt ( usually in two weeks they pass)
attach a cancelled cheque, ( in which your name and ifsc code appear ) as per KYC updated
attach a KYC update sheet print out from your UAN login so that they can trace it out correct way
update your address details in UAN portal, so that they can contact you easily

you can opt for online transfer right now or later , does not matter, whatsoever is got deposited in your old account would get credited in new account automatic when the annual accounts are done by department
