What can be with the PF account which is opened before 11 years and then after another PF account with new employer and previous PF account is not transferred in current PF account nor withdrawn the PF amount.
Can we understood it is a In-operative PF account? if is it, then now can we withdraw the EPF & EPS amount? IF yes then how? Please guide me guys.

In above, now I left the current employment also 1 year ago so may be they are also helpless if I will fill the form to get transfer from previous employer. My previous PF account is 10 years before so not online services available. Now if I go to take UAN no for that old account then I received a msg that birthdate and PF member name is not matching so not getting any detail online for that older one PF account. Now finally I have to withdraw the PF amount from both the account. please guide me how to take is all in positive direction.

1) non contribution in any epf account for 36 months makes it dormant or in-operative, after 36 months , it gets needs lots of efforts with department to transfer or withdraw
2) if the Member is employed anywhere under cover of EPF and contributory, then some ways can be sorted out on the basis of available possible data

I am K K Bhatia.I have a point regarding PF withdrawal..I retired in October 2014 after attaining 58 years & serving company for 22.5 years.I have not withdrawn PF nor applied for Pension so far.
I intend to do it at the end of 3 years.My point is to clarify from you whether it will be an operating a/c or inoperative a/c as there is no further contribution to EPF & it stopped in October 2014.
please advise about it & also on pension PPO.

File your claim right now, it will take some time to issue PPO, as the case is of 22 yrs,
while filing the department will ask you the reason for LATE filing as it was due to file claim just after 90 days
after 36 months of non contribution, the account goes dormant. and will get tough to trace the records

Anybody can know me how to get EPF and pension fund amount from an inoperative PF account? I already registered on EPF website at here with all max. detail possible with me. http://59.180.231.60:9091/DashboardHelpdeskNew/.
it passed 1 month but still day I got only one msg in my registered account that is "your case is transferred to concerned field office. You will be contacted shortly." and this is I think auto generated msg. anybody know how much time it takes to close this matter or make me any query or contact regarding to solve the problem and deposits my EPF & Pension amount in my bank account? Or else how can we communicate with the PF personnel to solve my problem. Pl. note that my PF office is in Raipur and I am staying in Gujarat so not possible to visit the PF office personally and an employer is not giving any response on my follow up that's why I registered online helpdesk ticket.
