Hi, Need a guidance from you all. I have working with my present org for 4yrs on contract. There is a no possibility to offer me perm role in my current org. My contract will get renewed in couple of months now. I have an offer from service based org with the same salary what I am getting now with perm role. They are not ready to increase since I am high paid as per current market rate.
Should I accept the present offer with same CTC or should I continue in present org?

You have stated that the present company will not be making you permanent and that you have received offer from another service based organization. If salary is not the issue, if it is going to offer you a permanent employment after probation etc., you may think of joining new company.
Check your motives first. You want a secured employment or continue with the same organization with no likelihood of getting permanent.
