We are looking for freelance recruiters who can work from home on an "incentive per selected candidate" model.

can let me know the requirement in detail actually iam intrested in these kind of profiles but i am not intrested to work on incentive basis if you have any fixed salary per month then i am intrested to work so any ways i am into recruitments i can work from home even ....
