Notice period payment - executive director terminated immediately due to illegal work
Dear hr professionals i have signed a contract with a senior employee as executive director in 2016 in his contract our ex hr manager added 2 months notice period if both sides canceling the contract. two weeks ago that executive director terminated immediately due to his illegal work negative campaign against ceo & other top management members to junior employees in the organization. now the executive director appealing for his 2 months notice period salary. please share your costly idea with me can i pay his 2 months notice period salary or not? thanks in advance for your time and ideas.

Dear all i was working with a pvt ltd firm for the last three years and performed well during this tenure with the company towards my work and also got two promotions but in nov 2020 due to my medical illnesses i decided to quit the duties and resigned through mail as till the time offices are not opened properly due to covid 19 mentioning that due to medical issues i am unable to serve notice period but ready to pay the recovery amount in lieu of notice period but still my company terminated my services giving the reason of unauthorized absence when i was very much contactable on mail and mobile. request you all to please guide me to get this termination revoked.
If an employee have been terminated by company due to background check issue, will he get experience certificate
Hi i have been terminated from the company because of the problem in my background check. without any prior notice i was sent out. when asked for experience certificate they were not ready to provide it. bcoz of which am facing problem in getting new job.companies ask for exp letter or relieving letter though i have payslips. due to this issue my new offers are getting cancelled. plz guide me
Notice period and early relieving
Hello my notice period is three months and i have put in my papers. i had resigned on 1st april 2013 and serving three months notice to the employer which falls due on 29th june 2013 and not asked for early relieving. but forcibly without giving sufficient reason and notice if my employer relieve me before 29th june 2013 then does my employer has to pay me for the difference in the notice period resulting from an early relieving? my contract letter termination clause says "your appointment can be terminated on three months prior written notice on either side. notice pay and other outstanding which may be due from you will be deducted from company dues payable to you on separation and /or recovered from you. thanks pk

Dear expert i am confirmed employee and worked in sr position with mnc. i requested through email to my employer for for causal leave due to some swear problem my services are terminated without giving me any notice " my appointment letter having a clause that "12 termination of employment during the probationary period and any extension thereof your services may be terminated on either side by giving one months notice or salary in lieu thereof. however on confirmation the services can be terminated from either side by giving two months60 days notice or salary in lieu thereof. my query is is employer is liable to pay my pending salary that was for 15 days 2 that employer is liable to pay notice period salary that is for two months that employer is also liable to pay compensation for illegal termination . thanks kind regards s.gill
Terminated employees - do not want to prepare a very nice relieving letter as they have been terminated due to their performance
Hello everyone i am working as hr administrator in an it company. recently we had terminated two employees because their performances were not good and they failed to follow company policies. both the employees have not completed their probation period. they would like a letter for example relieving letter from the company. can anybody please guide as to what i should mention in such letter. i do not want to prepare a very nice relieving letter as they have been terminated due to the above reasons. your help in this is highly appreciated.
