Hi fren,
Ppl who ve achieved greatly have taken great risks. When it comes to decisions which are crucial to life-Instead of analysing the situation theoretically, pls listen to ur gut feeling (sub-conscious mind)-What does it say...

If it says - I am old, I don want to take new risks, I am doubtful if I have the potential to survive in the new environment etc - then stick to ur present job

If it says - I am bored with this safe job in this branded company, I want to achieve somethin, I have the energy/potential to make the new company from good to better to best by innovative policies etc - then pls take the new offer.

Hi Hemanth,

Its good to see your posting. Sounds interesting and in Start ups you will get lot many opportunities to do great work. And risk will also be there with these kind of organizations.

Points to remember:

1. You will be the single point of contact.
2. If your company grows in a huge way then you will be the person who will be rewarded.
3. Think, why this company has opted...it means they felt that you are capable to bring up their organization.
4. You will love the work which brings you much more challenges instead of being the same forever.
5.Down the line your value will increase.
6.If you can do tremendous work in this organization, its good for you only.
7. Package is also good.

Ofcourse the job is risk involved but if you can hold that risk in your hand..it will superb achievement for you...and you will have job satisfaction.

And finally my suggestion is to go ahead with new offer.
