We have inroduced Suggestion box in our organisation and got some sugesstions as well now i have to acknowledge the same and writing thanks for the same.
I have drafted something like this.
Dear All,
Thanks for writing in the suggestions. We are working on the same and will be updating you on the movements.
Keep pouring your valuable suggestions.
Want little more creative in words please give suggestions

In addition, you can remodify suggestion Format with details like - Suggestion no./ received on....(date)....stamp of HR and signature.With these informations and above contents given by ACT can be cut and handed over to suggestor same time.
