Confirmation Letter Format

Hi,

I am newly join in Hr. In my office Hr dept is also new.

Now 1st time we want to issue confirmation letter to the employees.

Pl send me the formates of confirmation letter.

I have querry that in confirmation format appoint letter dt,& joining date both are necessary.

Pl help me out
