While calculating the PF, we need not to consider the OT Wages, but for ESI total gross salary to be considered eventhough it exceeds the ceiling.

YES. You must consider all the payment for deducting the ESI, which includes Over Time, Conveyance Allowance, etc. But if the conveyance is reimbursement, food or Canteen Subsidy, then you need not to deduct ESI for the reimbursement. To avoid confusion, you can make separate vouchers for making canteen subsidy & Conveyance expenditure.
