Please suggest for my query.
I had worked in a company since 2005 to 2010, approx 5.5 years.
That organization was offered me superannuation scheme.
When I left the job so I withdraw 50% amount from that fund and balance I am getting pension since then.
Please suggest can I will get benefit from this Supreme Court ruling for pension. If yes then how I will get it
