I am currently pursuing my internship and my project is on Performance management. i m working on formulation of an web portal which will help in aggregating corporate information into a single location and help in better and smooth functioning of PMS cycle (from PMS calendar to feedback). Suggestions on the parameters which must be included will be appreciated (As i am new to this).
