Hi can anyone help me with the minimum no of annual leave to be given to employees and the leave breakup of the same. if the annual leave is 21 days how is the employee eligible to take it? is it compulsory to incorporte the leave breakup or can the management / hr head decide at their discreet to allocate the leave? kindly help me. rgds latha

Is it ok to grant casual leave when an employee\'s annual leave has not been utilized? the policy in my office is that casual leave is a privilege and not a right whereas annual leave is a right. employees in my office want to take casual leave when the annual leave has not been utilised. i am in hr here and know that they should utilise annual leave first.
