Introduction

Dear Friends

Recently I have joined our HR community and involving various discussions happening in our forum.

Firstly I would like to introduce myself that I have 14 years of experience in HR ( Non-IT) and presently I am doing on my OWN recruitment consultants at Chennai and would like to enter myself in IT field.

While going through our forum I have seen lot of our HR friends from IT industry and request our friends to give an opportunity to associate with you as "Consultant" for recruiting the software professionals. I have a small team of (4 persons )professionals and in that oneof my friend is having exposure in software industry and is capable of identifying the candidates as per the requirements.

Hope this is sufficient to introduce myself and expecting some references from our HR community.
