Dear All,
In these days I am very frustrated. Actually the problem is that my english is very poor. I want to make my english. I can understand english very well but I feel hesitation when I speak english even my vocabulary is very poor. Now I am consentrating on english speaking and vocabulary. Some time I think that I can do it easily but some time I think that it is very difficult to achieve (when read news paper). Everybody tell me that you are in HR than how you can survive if your english is not good. I want to join english classes but the timing of institute is not suit for me due to my office timing. I want to rise in future but I think it is impossible without english. So please suggest me.

Hey BUDDY Noyhing comes with Hardwork
i suggest you better follow DC News paper daily start reading it fastly,prepare yourself introduction and stand infront of mirror and look into your eyes bcoz eye contact is very important these days so practise these and see the result Quote: |

Hi Raj,
Like varun said that it is just a matter of hard work.
Please read books which will constantly help you built your English and also it will give your confidence. Read Author Shiv Khera's books or Carnegie's books.
Just be positive about yourself and understand one thing, Nothing is impossible, hard work always have good results.

Hi Raj,
While reading Newspaper have a Dictionary handy so that you can improve your vocabulary also you can know the contextual usage of the words. Always remember one thing fear is in borne so first try getting rid of it as your are not committing any crime in case you are speaking something which is a grammatical error. And don't care much for the people who make fun of you in case you commit any error while speaking.
Apart from reading Newspaper also follow English News for catching the pronunciation.
