Need some Info on Coaching & Mentoring and PA

Hello Everybody,

Need a help. As i am working on Coaching and Mentoring and Performance Appraisal, I need data on these practices.No i do not need the theory or something, need to know how is it done in the organizations.If any of your organizations practice coaching & mentoring and have a policy on it please do forward. And if there is no policy as such and it is practiced, please mail me the procedure. And performance appraisal system as well.It's kinda urgent.And please do mention Organization name.Awaiting for your replies.
