I am working with dealership and I want to design communication policy for my comapny. So, anyone knows what it is? Please give me some guidelines for designing communication policy for dealership.

Dear Mr Ghorapade,
You need to create the communication grid across the organisation. You must ensure that information must flow in organised and standardised manner. For this, you need to conduct training programme on the "Organisational Communication". Please note that organisational communication is different from "Personal Communication". Most of the professionals are trained for latter but may not be former.
After the training, you need to generate ideas for standardisation and then execute it.
