Your post is not too clear.

You have joined CMM5 company so how is the middleman coming in picture??
Please give celar picture so that members can advice you properly.

Okay. Let me explain you.
I got an offer from A company.
However I was not happy with that.
How did I get offer? It's because of someone very close to hr team.so he is the middle man.
There are lot of politics, so I decided not join here.
After few days, of hunting I got another one from company B. And I joined B.
Meanwhile I rejected first offer that is from A , I also sent a mail stating that I will not to be able take up this.
My issue - the person who was acting as middleman or mediator, asking me for money otherwise he will put me in blacklist.that no body can offer me in future.
why its so, it's all about my wish, why should I entertain such ppl, and what can be done, please help me.
I was supposed to treat him, just as friend but nothing more I have committed to.
and I was not aware that he is doing a business here.
He said, no matter where ever I am but I should pay for him for the offer.
What kind of business is this? ??

Dear Dharani,

You have rejected offer from Company A. However, did you accept the offer letter then decided not to join? If yes, then were any conditions mentioned in the offer letter for turning down the offer after acceptance of the offer.

Secondly, before accepting the offer letter from Company A, did you make any deal, verbally or otherwise, with the middle-person? If you have not agreed to pay any brokerage, then he does not have any locus standi in this matter. The matter is between you and Company A. Acceptance of rejection of offer is absolutely either party's call. Third party can only facilitate employer-employee relationship and nothing else.

If the so called mediator starts troubling you then I recommend you recording telephonic discussion with him. Tell him politely that there was no deal as such to pay him any money, therefore, he should call communicating with on phone or through any other media. If he persists with his calls then you will be forced to lodge complaint at the police station.

Lastly, about the black listing your candidacy. This is a pure sterile threat. Do not attach much meaning to such threat.

Thanks,

Dinesh Divekar

Please pay no attention to that person. If he or she persists, write to the highest authority with the proof of every communication.
Please do not budge into such practices. Rather nip them in the bud.
Wish you all the best !

Hey thanks everyone.
@dinesh- even the company A is not bothered about my candidature. They are like your wish. No more discussion. There is such agreement. I have accepted then rejected.
Yeah of course I will not pay him.
Thanks nabo , all of you
Very good explanations.
I will come back to you in case of any question and concerns.

Please lodge a police complaint immediately. One of my friends faced the same situation. A police complaint was lodged against the consultant for blackmail and extortion. He was picked up by the cops and is now in the coolers. You need to teach a lesson to such unscrupulous elements.
