Hi Sonali,

The Skill Matrix is a very useful management tool for HR . You can not initiate Training & Development of employees until you develop skill matrix for your employees. It shows at a glance how much cross-training you have in your organization between different people and different tasks. You can use differnat type of format available for preparing skill matrix for your technical people. I have develop role based skill matirx for my organisation which i can share with . Pls. be in touch.
