As we say "Time is Money",your 80% of time will be reduced,the time which you spend in processing.Frankly speaking recruitment process in India is totally unstructured.You ask candidates to send resumes via email.Then you download it on your PC.You maintain different repositories.Duplication of resumes may occur.Multiple offers can be made to a single candidate.Various other related issues can crop up.
This is all time consuming.

Instead ask candidate to apply online. ( we have a solution for that too )
If he applies again,he will get a message that "you have already applied"
Hence no duplication of data.
Once he apllies online,download his data on your PC.( our software will help you do that.Resumes in a common format )
