We are into software development company and we have about 50+ employees i would like to know the holiday calendar for 2016 with PL SL CL general holidays etc and any other things which needs to be mentioned while circulating the same. Kindly let me know at the earliest so that can work it out and circulate by end of this week.

Hi PL, SL & CL are part of the leave policy. Holidays for the calendar year shall be selected from the list of govt declared holidays from the enclosed document. Don’t mix-up both together

PL/EL is calculated as 1 for every 20 days worked in previous calendar year & SL is 10 days an year. CL is optional

Don't club EL/PL, SL, CL IN holiday calendar for the year 2016.
JUST declare the list of holidays 5-national and 5- festival holidays
10 holidays are mandatory.
This year some Holidays fall on Sunday's.
bu you have an option of choosing other holiday to compensate the leaves fall on Sunday's.
And please file the holidays return to labour officer of your circle by 31st of December 2015.
