Hi

I was working with limited Company as a Assistant Manager-Sales in off site location.I have worked in the organization for 4 months and during my tenure I have incurred expenses for conveyance and travel and as per business entitlement I have already been told that conveyance, mobile and travel reimbursements shall be done by the company but during my work tenure I have submitted the bills along with the performa form of the Company for claim for which it was not reimbursed and only given an assurance that it will get reimbursed and I have quit my job and on my last working date I have submitted hard copies of the bills to the company for it's reimbursement and it was assured by HR that it will be reimbursed within 60 days from my last working date but from past 3 months I have been following up the company HR but no response till date and even my full & final settlement was not done and only which I have received till date is relieving letter that is for August14,2015 which is my last working date in the company.I have handed over all the assets of the company for which I am having proof of the same.I am even having mail screenshots that was sent to me earlier during my work tenure from finance deptt. of the comapany for processing of my claims but that was also not credited to my account.I have also marked lot of mails to concern persons but no response from their side.

Please suggest.

Thanks & Regards

Hi Kunal Monga, As you have all the proof of the discussion happened towards your claim, then why can’t you seek a help of an advocate and send in a legal notice and see how they react to them.

Mr. Kunal Monga As you have all supporting documents with you, you can take legal action against the company.

Dear Mr.Kunal,
Since you have submitted your resignation from the post and handed over all the assets and also received yourrelieving orders from the company, then you can approach to the Labour officer of your jurisdiction and raise the dispute for non payment of your full and final settlement. You file your application before the labour commissioner and as per procedure theN then they will take up your dispute with your employer. I too agree with the opinion of Mr.Madan Gopalaswamy in this thread.
