[Hi, Please note that, there is no any return required to be submitted under the Payment of Gratuity Act. You need to send only the copy of Payment of Gratuity in Form L to the authority.

First you get the Application form duly filled in Form I under Rule 7(1) of Payment of Gratuity Rules, from the employee subject to eligibility criteria and send a notice to the employee in Form L under 8(1) of Payment of Gratuity Rules giving date and place of payment and mark a copy to the labour commissioner of your jurisdiction Other than this no returns are required to be submitted to the authorities.
