Dear all i have an sub contractor who has not having pf code now my question is how to deduct pf of their employees. can we deduct their pf in a/c of principle employer? but my question is that the employee & employer relation is not with sub contractor the how can we deduct kindly help me sudip sahu 9227802836
Esi & pf liability on jobwork done inside the factory with material
erdana dear all my question is related to the attraction of esi and pf on the jobwork with material done by a contractor inside the factory. for the contractor which supply manpower it is very much clear that he has to comply with the esi and pf liability on the total wages paid by him but suppose a contractor has done some job work which includes the material also inside the factory premises say for 4 / 5 days and then the bill has been raised by him. now what will be the esi & pf liability on the total bill as per some understanding with the esi & pf people we have been assuming that of the total bill involves 75 being the material cost and the rest 25 being the labour cost so we have been depositing the esi and pf on the 25 of the total bill amount under the particular contractors name. my questions about the same is that : on what basis it is assumed that labour component is 25 and we have to pay esi & pf on that. is there any ruling to support this type of contribution of esi & pf.

Dear all i am working with a construction company and we have sixteen subcontractors. but they dont maintain all register epf deduction and all legal formalities. we deduct epf amount from their bill . we have contract labour license on behalf of them. can we maintain all register on behalf of them? regards alok

About black listing a candidate in nsr or any website
Hi i recently got offer with wipro. they have taken all my documnets. after that they told your previous company was not found its a black listed company so offer is cancelled. if previous company closed or not paying taxes well that is not my fault. so i said ok.. and discussion over. but from then onwards i am not getting other opportunities and other calls. all rounds of interviews clearing but final confirmation they are putting on hold. my question is did wipro black listed me in nsr and shared details with other companies? is there any possibility to do this kind of activity??if wipro did so entire my future will collapse. i have to die and i have no other option because i dont know any other work than job. please please please let me know about this and please let me know how to check black listed candidates data in nsr or in any of website.
