Dear All,
We all are well aware of the office hours which is from 9.00am to 6.00pm. However, it has been observed that most of the staff is not reporting duty on time and thus violating the code of conduct of the organization. This is being viewed as serious misconduct from the part of the employee.
Henceforth staff will be given a grace period of 15 mins from the reporting time. Two initial warnings will be given, on 3rd warning a day’s half salary will be deducted from the monthly package.
Emergency circumstances or some other natural problem should be informed to the person in-charge . Only genuine reasons will be considered on prior information basis.
Kindly adhere to the above failing which the management will be forced to take strict disciplinary action against those who are found violating the code of conduct hereafter.
All are expected to take this instruction seriously.
You should take the action initially and deduct half salary on 3rd warning.

Dear Friend,

The first and the the best is the thing you make every one to feel they are belonging to the organisation. They should realise the organisation is his own. Unfortunately, many a organisation take the other way and there is always threaten and stick in their hands, this ultimately make every one to dilute the situation. One more thing is the favouring the other by means of self imposed superiority.

Let the Circular be like this..

Oflate, we have noticed the office timings compelled to be changed from nine O Clock because of late comers. The late to the office is justified by many a means, like missing of transportation, preparing school going children, taking care of parents old age claims, etc., these are all parcel bound with us.

The office is your right to live and it expects disciplined way of presenting yourself in time, you are serving for a cause, and your services are recognised by way of honouring, yet, late coming to the office is a fact of indiscipline. The permissions are enjoyable, but, beyond the limits make the organisation troubling you with normal course of action which you did not like. Cutting of salary, letters of cautions are not generally speaking good of the organisation and you.

Let we adhere to the office timings and spread the message "We Greet Timing" and the punctuality.

best regards...One Should Feel they are belonging rest you see the change ....

Hello Sir,
You are right but same thing happened in past with us more than fifty times mgmt circulate normal circulars but in that case no improvement in any. In last situation we did this and once it was difficult to handle but now all are coming on time. it's not for threat but only for the discipline purpose.

Dear Friend,
Well and ofcourse, it is for the discipline and the purpose is to adhere some qualities, basically, what we have been taught from the beginning of the cycle of student life, never come in time when you are in time the functions are not going to resume in time, home work and what ever the studies we do are basically never give good to self. So, the fundamental of respecting time is questioned.. also, there is an inborn quality, nothing is going to happen in time..unless that affect the life of dwelling. So, we will inculcate the habit of belonging, a belonging is the trust, you exist for me is not the thing, unless you exist things are go awry, the specific important to the human is the best medicine for discipline. This is worthy in our family too.
Best of luck ....
