We understand that you are currently in the process of recruiting people across various Senior Positions and would like to offer our professional services to your esteemed organization in your best interest of searching most eligible candidates.
Our standard business terms and conditions are as given below:
FEE:
a. That our Professional Fee Shall Be @8.33% Of The Total Annual Cost To The Company Payable To The Candidate/s Joining Executive Level Positions, @ 12.50% Of The Total Annual Cost To The Company Payable To The Candidate/s Joining Middle Management Level Positions, @ 16.67% Of The Total Annual Cost To The Company Payable To The Candidate/s Joining Senior Management Level Positions And @ 20% Of The Total Annual Cost To The Company Payable To The Candidate/s Joining Top Management Level Positions.
Clarification to the above Para.'a' would be as follows:
i. Whereas Candidates having 0 to 5 years of work experience shall be construed as Executive Level appointees and shall be chargeable @ 8.33% Of The Total Annual Cost To The Company Payable To The Candidate/s
ii. Whereas Candidates having 5 to 10 years of work experience shall be construed as Middle Management Level appointees and shall be chargeable @ 12.50% Of The Total Annual Cost To The Company Payable To The Candidate/s.
iii. Whereas Candidates having 10 to 15 years and above of work experience shall be construed as Senior Management Level appointees and shall be Chargeable @ 16.67% Of The Total Annual Cost To The Company Payable To The Candidate/s.
iiii. Whereas Candidates having 15+ years and above of work experience shall be construed as Top Management Level appointees and shall be chargeable @ 20% Of The Total Annual Cost To The Company Payable To The Candidate/s.
b. That immediately upon the Candidate/s Joining The Position, The Employer Shall Release A Copy Of The Joining Latter Or Latest Within 15 Days From The Date Of Joining Office, Enabling Us To Presenting Our Professional Fee Bill Or Reimbursement.
PAYMENT:
a. That You Shall Make Payment Of Our Professional Fees Bill Within 15 Days Of Receiving Our Bill Favouring "Technicacon Placement India. " By Crossed Bank Draft / Cheque Payable At Delhi Only.
b. That Service Tax @12.36% Billed Amount Will Be Chargeable As Per Service Tax Rules.
c. That Any Other Taxes/ levies as may be Applicable at any time shall be Chargeable as and when applicable.
d. That Payment Of Our Professional Fee Bill Shall Remain Payable Even If The Employer REMOVES Or TERMINATES The Employee (He/She) During The Probationary Period.
e. That Incase The Candidates Leaves The Position Within 90 Days, We Shall Provide Free Replacement Except In The Case Of Dismissal By The Employer.
OTHER TERMS:
a. That You (The Client Company) Shall Keep All Bio Data/ Curriculum Vitae Sent By Us Strictly Confidential And Shall Not Pass On Any Data Supplied By Us To Any Other Company Without Our Prior Consent.
b. That You (The Client Company) Shall Return All Unsuitable Bio Data /Curriculum Vitae Recommended By Us Immediately After Use.
c. That you shall promptly respond back on receipt of all CVs sent by us within 48 Hours of receipt of the same and incase you have already received any of the CVs from any other consultant(s) prior to ours, the same should be notified to us as part of your response within 48 Hours from the receipt of the same. However, incase any candidate’s CV(s) are known to you thru some other source apart from CV(s) received thru other consultants(s), you shall not enter into any negotiation directly with such Candidate(s) nor ask us to forego our professional fees as regards such Candidate(s)
ADVERTISEMENT:
That Cost For Any Advertisement Needed To Be Published In Any One Or More Indian National Daily/ies Shall Be Payable In Advance As Per Tariff Of The Publication Or You (The Client Company) May Publish The Same Thru Your Advertising Agents.
