Hi, i had a joined a new company without properly serving notice period.
My previous employer has issued me a termination letter stating that u have joined xx organisation while in duty and due to dual employment clause we are terminating you.
The current company is now also saying it comes under dual employment although i am only a probation employee of theirs.
Also previous company had not paid me for that month.
So please guide me what to do now.
On requesting a reliving letter there is no response.
Regards
Pratap

First of all you cannot join another company without getting relieved from the last company. Its absolutely wrong.it will also effect your career. At this point of time you can request your last company for the relieving but you are already terminated.
