Default Break in HR.

Hi everyone,

It is nice to be a member of this cite. It is helping me a lot in many regards. I come across so many topics that I never read in my course books.

I look forward some helps from my seniors too. I have completed my PG in HR and now pursing MBA.

I have been working as a secretary for the last five year but I have my genuine interest in HR and want to be only HR person in future. To serve the purpose I called some consultants and they told that u will have to work for a lesser salary than what u are getting now because u are a fresher in HR. Even after my approval they could not get a job for me in this field.

I hereby request all senior HR people to help me in giving a break in this field so that I can make my future in HR.

Pls pls help me ..........

Thanks

Hi,

Instead of going to a consultant, its better to try it yourself.

Keep attending interviews with confidence and I am sure you will get what you want.

There are pretty good openings for H.R.Recruiters in any good consultants.

You can start up in any of the consultants as HR Recuriter for atleast a period of 6 m to 1 yr.

Share you thoughts.. too...
