Part time MBA a problem in getting a job

Dear All,

This Is Taniya. I have done MBA (Part Time) Regular and working with MNC as HR executive. I am looking for a change.

Whenever I appear for an interview in any good company, they are not selecting me due to my part time MBA. I have lost more good oppourtunity.

Anyone can advice me what should I do or any degree which i can do with Job.

Hi Tanya,
These days SAP is in demand as more MNC's are adopting the CRM tool. So certification from a good institute will help you in grabbing the opportunities.

See ... as u have getting interview calls that means distance education or part time education is having good value. So don't give up. smartly present yourself , your experience . Best Luck...

I too agree vth Mr Girish views. If company is not considering Part time MBA means how come u will get Interview call??? Please think. Do ur best.

Dear Taniya,
May I know how many years of experience are you carrying? If you have got good amount of experince in HR that too in an MNC, i don't think there should be any problem because of your part time MBA. So, just take this out from your mind. Dont underestimate yourself and try to prepare yourself before you go for an interview. You should always demonstrate your confidence. Thanks, I am working with automobile company & I applied in some car MFg. co. I have total 3 yrs. of experience in that (2 Yrs.- REcruitment & 1 Year as a HR Generalist.) They have a first eligibility criteria Full time MBA

If the eligibility criteria is full time MBA, how come you are being called for interview?

Hello,

One consultant has sent my resume to them & They have shortlisted my resume & taken telephonic interview. Afterwards, I got feedback that cleared Technical round means (HR Related) but we are not able to call for II round due to MBA PT
