I am working with an IT firm, I have a query with regards to the working hrs.
Can working hrs be the same as Head office, from where our salary gets processed, as we have offices in multiple states or should it be state wise?
In terms of work operations/business nature it is same across states.
Pls help with your inputs from the compliance perspective.
Thanks in advance.

Dear Friend,
Since, your organisation is spread across the country at several places, say states, you have to adhere both to the principle/corporate office and the office at the states... in this case, find out a common timing that you can have, however, the timing of office hours certainly did not vary/differ a lot. In certain states the office can start functioning from 9 am in another cases it may be from 10 am, thus the variation certainly within 2 hours, fix the time accordingly. Also, you have to consider the timings for winter seasons, as the States from the South are not prone to cold winds like northern states.
Best of luck ....
