Great...best of luck for all your initiatives
It is better to start with couple of simple and important policies first...and also please keep in mind that relevance of policies always based on the people strength, nature of business, industry etc..
For example certain policies in manufacturing industry might be not relevant in IT/Telecom (Policies pertaining to Trade Unions, Uniforms etc)
You can start with Leave and attendance, suggestion system, grievance redressal mechanisms
