Hello
I have a question regarding the employee bond?
I have been working with an IT company for last 18 months. At the time of joining , my company had communicated to me to sign a bond. But I had refused and didn't sign any bond with them, and today I have got a good offer from other company and want to join it.But my current employer is not ready to give me my relieving letter..Inspite of no bond signed. So is there any faster way in which i can get this issue resolved and get my relieving letter. Is there any community which specially looks into this matter. Please provide the information on the same
Please help
Thank you for your valuable advice , but the problem here is my current employer is not ready to acknowledge my resignation letter.

HELLO,
VERY EASY, STATE THE SITUATION TO YOUR FUTURE EMPLOYER, THEN SHOOT A MAIL TO YOUR CURRENT COMPANY'S HR YOUR RESIGNATION, BUT DONT FORGET TO MARK BCC COPY OF THIS RESIGNATION MAIL TO YOUR FUTURE EMPLOYER, THIS WOULD SERVE THE PURPOSE, AND ALSO YOUR FUTURE EMPLOYER WILL HAVE VALID LEGAL DOCUMENT TO SHOW THAT YOU HAVE JOINED THEM AFTER ALL FORMAL EXIT FORMALITY,
WHILE SHOOTING MAIL MAKE IT ELABORATE, STATE ALL THE CAUSE AND REASON AND ALL FACTS OF MATTER
THANK YOU

Along with mail, give a letter to HR and take their sign on it (acknowledgement), and forward same to your new employer
