hi

to withdraw pf from your previous company you need to get a pf statement from the finance dept . it will hve the details of the pf deducted every month from ur salary.u need to attach it to the actual pf form.u can download it from the pf website..i dont know the link..but in google if u type "provident fund' and ur city name u will get to the website. u will have to download two forms one is 10 c or 12 c and the other is.. i think 6 i forgot(sorry)...but the form will be as "withdrwal of pf by the individual"...this form hs to be filled and attach the pf statement from ur prev company and need to be attested by that company's finance head. then u need to submit it at the nearest pf office. u will get an acknowledement receipt. 45 days from that your money will be credited to the bank account number u specify in the form u r filling in (u will need the miicr code of the bank for that)or you can opt for money order also. u will get a letter from the pf office before the money gets credited to your account. it will have the details of how much will be credited.this is how i withdraw money from my old company.

Dear Megharaj,
To withdraw the PF you can go to the nearest PF office and ask for PF withdrawal form the forms are Form 10c and Form 19, for this you need to know your pf number. Than you can take the same forms to your old company and with the help of your HR dept you can fill it and get the form signed from the authorized person. After that you have to again go to PF office and submit the form and rest of the procedure is same as mentioned by sis.
For more on this you can visit the website www.epfindia.com
In case of any clarification do get back to me.

Dear Mr. Vikas,
You can claim PF withdrawl after the process of your previous organization shown as left in the record of pf. Then u can claim it through any gztd officer/MP or Bank manager or meet PRO gurgaon pf office they can help you in your withdrawl.

My previous company has terminated around 15 people in cluding me. Accordingly they provided us a letter having the calculation of full and final dues. It was also mentioned that those dues will be released after 15 days. We also have submitted our PF withdrawal form. But till date we did not receive any payment. On an enquiry we also came to know that the PF was not deposited for the last two months of our service. Now the situation is, company is in a state of poor financial condition and it may be declared to be closed on any day. In this situation pls suggest me what should we do.
