Last year, we had conducted a research to understand what L&D practitioners have to say about various aspects around eLearning. The report was put together in association with IIM-K and Grant Thornton and was showcased at the L&OD Annual Event and very well received: http://www.24x7learning.com/reports

This year, we are rolling out a survey on Workplace Learning, to help us better understand what learners want and their preferences. We believe that this will give us some very good insights. Here are the relevant details. Could you please fill it out and it would be great if you can share it with your contacts to help drive participation.

Survey: Workplace Learning - 2015

Objective of this survey: To understand today's learner's needs and preferences.
Background: It’s an exciting time at the workplace today! For the first time in the history of organizations, we have four generations of workers under one roof. Apart from age, these generations are also defined by their unique learning needs. The challenge for organizations is to provide uniform training that meets the learning needs of employees - across generations. This is impossible until the needs of today’s learner are properly understood.

Here, at 24x7 Learning, we strive to understand the shift in the needs of today’s learners. Geared with this information, we aim to bridge the gap between training that is provided and training that is needed.

We request you to please fill up this short survey to help us in our endeavour to understand today’s learning needs. As a token of our gratitude, we will send you your very own copy of the survey report - for free! Please also share this with your colleagues who might be able to contribute.
